A plan for you

Plant-based in 28 days is an invitation to explore more plant-based eating. Established to answer the burning questions about how to cut out animal products and add more plants, plant-based in 28 days meets you where you are. You get to choose how much you lean in!


**SPECIAL 2022 START DATE January 15!**


A good place to begin is with the 28-day plan. For $1 a day, you get a daily video emailed to you that helps guide you toward plant-based eating. The email also includes a daily recipe, a comprehensive shopping list, nutrition tips, meal plans and so much more. We start the first day and 15th day of each month.  Scroll to the first day of the month you'd like to join (so Jan 15, Feb 1, etc.) Don't worry about the 1 hour -- that's just a formality. Join the plan and you get daily information and take as much or as little time to review it as you like!
